Appointment Etiquette

Massage services are available on an appointment basis only - please, no drop-ins.

Appointment time
-  Punctuality is appreciated.
-  Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.
-  First-time appointments require preliminary paperwork prior to massage.  Expect your first appointment to be slightly longer in duration.

Other Considerations
-  Please avoid wearing heavy perfume or cologne to your appointment. This will enable us to provide a healthful environment for all clients.  
-  Fragrance-free massage oils are available for sensitive clients.

Payment for Services
-  Payment for services is accepted via cash, check, gift certificate, or Visa/Mastercard.
-  Billing for some insurance is available, please notify us in advance of your appointment so billing availability can be verified.

Cancellations
-  Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice prior to appointment.  This allows time for scheduling another client in the time slot, if possible.
-  First missed appointment without 24 hr notice will not be charged; subsequent missed appointments without proper cancellation notice will be charged at     full price.  Exceptions to policy may be made in special circumstances.
